Pallantia Partners Residential is the residential branch of Pallantia Partners, a privately held Real Estate Investment Firm. Pallantia Residential focuses on the acquisition and management of value-add residential real estate. We focus on Single Family Home portfolios in High-Growth Hubs in the United States.

 

Pallantia Partners Residential is a direct investor in real estate as the owner and operator of SFR portfolios. Our philosophy is to identify and acquire real estate assets or value-add real estate assets directly or to partner on acquisitions with strong Real Estate brokerage teams that know their individual markets and have proven track records.

With a strong focus on, and extensive experience in estate transactions and assessing the business operations and financial capacity of entities in the real estate industry, Pallantia Partners takes a strategic approach to risk. Pallantia Partners seeks investments that offer steady cash flows and growth potential due to factors such as proximity to certain employers (tech companies, hospitals, etc.)

Pallantia Partners’ principals have a decade long experience and specific expertise in investing and managing residential real estate assets in the United States.  Pallantia Partners’s current holdings include residential real estate assets in Austin, Charlotte, Nashville and Raleigh as well as legacy investments in New York and Los Angeles.

RAMON
REDONDO

Founder and Managing Partner. Ramon has 10+ years’ experience buying, improving, leasing and selling residential Real Estate in California, New York, Tennessee and Texas. A lawyer by training, in parallel to his real estate activities, Ramon worked as an M&A Associate in the New York office of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP before moving to California where he invested heavily in value- add Residential Real Estate. Ramon holds an MBA from the Wharton School, and a Law Degree from Fordham School of Law in New York

MOISES 
REDONDO

CFO & Chief Data Analyst. Moises has 10+ years’ experience as a data analyst and investment professional having worked at Inmo Capital and Revetas Capital Advisors (both funds focused in residential real estate) as well as in inspired asset managed all in London. Moises and Ramon Redondo have been working on Real Estate ventures together since 2010. Moises holds an MBA from the London Business School, an MS from University College London & a BS Eng. from Univ. Carlos III Madrid

LUKE
SCHAAF

Head of Asset Management. Luke most recently worked as an Alternative Investment analyst for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Prior to JPMorgan, he specialized in capital markets advisory serving the c-suite of publicly-traded companies with a focus on REITs. Luke graduated summa cum laude with BBA in Finance from UMass Amherst, and is linked to the New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. Currently, Luke is a CFA level III candidate

SEAN

RICHARDS

CTO Chief Technology Officer. Sean is an expert in the application of new technologies and data to the fields of property acquisition and property management. Sean has been a collaborator of Ramon Redondo since 2015. Sean’s work experience includes software developer at ”Managed by Q” (WeWork holding company) as well as Boeing and Northrop Grumman where he worked as a satellite systems engineer. Sean Holds a B.S in Engineering by Northwestern University
